Treyshan Electric Ltd. implements Directive 83/2011/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights.

User rights when returning a product
You have the right to return a product from an order placed within 14 calendar days, without an explicit obligation to indicate the reason for your decision.
The term for returning a product ends after the expiration of these 14 calendar days, starting from day one. Day one is determined by:
* the date of delivery;
* provided that you have different products in one order, the first day is the day on which the last product of the respective order was delivered.
To exercise your right to return a product, please follow these steps:
1. Enter the complaints menu located in the lower left corner of our site and fill in all mandatory fields.
2. Send the product to the specified return address.
3. The amount will be reimbursed by bank transfer to the account specified by you.

Replacement
In the event that you wish to exchange with another model, you must comply with the above conditions. Contact an employee of Treyshan Electric EOOD on phone number 0887 59 79 63 and he will help you choose the right size or model, as well as inform you if the product you want is available.
Refund
You will be informed when the goods arrive at our warehouse. As soon as we check the status of the returned products, you will be informed whether all conditions for the return have been met. The refund is made only and only by bank transfer within 5 working days after receiving the product in the company's warehouse.
